Terms of Service

1. Services
I provide search engine optimization (SEO), website design and development, digital marketing, schema implementation, and related freelance advisory services under a written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement agreed upon between us.
2. No Guarantees
Search engine rankings, organic traffic volume, inquiry numbers, lead conversion rates, and paid advertising returns depend on external third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, and search engine algorithm updates beyond my control. Nothing on this website, in estimates, or during discussions constitutes a guarantee, warranty, or promise of specific outcomes, rankings, or financial returns.
3. Prices and Taxes
All prices displayed on this website and in indicative estimates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). I operate as an individual freelancer and currently do not charge Goods and Services Tax (GST). All advertising spend (paid ad budgets for Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is separate from service management fees and is paid directly by you to the respective advertising platform.
4. Payment Terms
For project-based assignments, an advance payment of 50% is required prior to commencing work, with the remaining balance due upon completion of agreed deliverables. Ongoing retainer services are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 7 calendar days of issuance. I reserve the right to pause active campaigns or project deliverables if invoices remain overdue.
5. Refunds and Cancellation
Advance payments (50%) for project work are non-refundable once work has commenced. For ongoing monthly retainers, either party may terminate services by providing 30 days' written notice via email. Any unused, prepaid retainer months will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. Services already performed and work completed during an active billing cycle are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property & Deliverables
Final client-specific deliverables created for your project transfer to you upon receipt of full and final payment under a written agreement. I retain full ownership of my pre-existing tools, templates, proprietary know-how, workflow libraries, and general methodologies.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, my aggregate liability arising out of or related to any service agreement or use of this website shall be limited to the total fees actually paid by you for the specific affected service during the preceding three (3) months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Indian consumer protection or contract laws.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
